A Culinary Dynamo with a Korean Soul:
Judy Joo ('97SEAS) left behind a Wall Street career to pursue her passion for cooking. In 2004, she trained at New York’s French Culinary Institute and earned a Grand Diplôme in Pastry Arts. She went on to work at notable venues, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, The French Laundry, The Fat Duck, and Nahm. As the only female Iron Chef UK, Joo is a Food Network and TV regular and launched a Korean street food empire, Seoul Bird. Joo’s latest cookbook: K-Quick, focuses on fresh, exciting, and accessible recipes.
