Jeremy Roberson

Jeremy joined the Columbia Dining team in December 2024 as an Assistant Manager. With eight years of experience in the food service and hospitality industry, Jeremy brings a strong background in leadership and customer service. Before coming to Columbia, he owned and operated a Jimmy John’s, where he developed a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to ensuring smooth operations while supporting customers.

A Virginia Commonwealth University graduate with a BA in History, Jeremy is excited to be back on a college campus, energized by the dynamic atmosphere. He is originally from Richmond, VA, and enjoys biking along the Hudson River Greenway and Central Park loop in his free time.
