JJ’s Take-4 Express Available by Mobile Order at Peak Times

JJ’s Take-4 Express will be available by mobile order during peak times – Thursday to Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. to reduce crowding at the JJ’s entrance and improve your overall Take-4 experience.

You asked for a more efficient Take-4 system during our busiest hours, and we heard you: starting January 22, Take-4 Express will be available by mobile order.  

Here’s How it Works 

  1. Download the Transact Mobile App 

    This is the same app we use for mobile ordering at Chef Mike’s Sub Shop. Follow these instructions for downloading and configuring the app.  

  2. Place your Take-4 Order, Thursday – Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. 

    Take-4 mobile ordering is only available during these hours.  

    After you log into the app, select Take-4 Express at JJ’s and follow the prompts to submit your order.  

  3. Pick Up Your Order from the Take-4 Mobile Pick-Up Area
  • Enter John Jay Hall and descend the stairs on the right side of the entryway (opposite the stairs to JJ’s Place).
  • Scan your order QR code. You must use the QR code in the app. Screenshots and confirmation emails will not be accepted.  

FAQs

No, Take-4 mobile ordering is only available Thursday – Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. to reduce congestion at the JJ’s main entrance.  

Outside these hours, JJ’s Take-4 Express will operate out of its normal location at the JJ’s entrance.  
 

Orders will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please be prompt.   

Yes, we will deduct the payment from your account when you submit the order.   

Yes, if the cancellation is submitted at least 30 minutes prior to pick-up. 

 

To cancel your order, select "Order Queue" from the homepage of the app. This will show all pending orders. Then, select "Cancel."
