Evolving menu offerings and hours, plus new campus location! Fac Shack service for the year begins Tuesday, September 3.

The Summer break is a period of refresh for many - for Columbia Dining it is a chance to prepare for the new year and sharpen skills. The team has been lucky enough to form a partnership with the Culinary Institute of America and host Chefs on campus for training sessions. This year’s theme was a focus on the basics, culminating in a cooking competition to add another element of excitement for the teams in the kitchen!

Favorites on the menu and streamlined service model. Grace Dodge Dining Hall service starts for the year on Tuesday, September 3.
